relumir

Our mission

Research moves the world. It should be trustworthy — and within reach of everyone who does it.

Relumir exists to give every researcher — in every discipline, on every continent — a trustworthy AI research partner. Faster work, never at the cost of the credibility it’s built on.

Why we exist

AI broke trust in research writing. We’re rebuilding it.

The tools everyone reached for fabricate citations, forget what they wrote by the next chapter, and pass guesses off as scholarship. Journals answered with bans and suspicion — and researchers were left choosing between speed and integrity. We refused that trade-off. Relumir is fast because it’s rigorous, not in spite of it: every claim grounded, every source real, every step yours to approve.

The vision

A research partner for everyone — not just the well-resourced.

We built Relumir mobile-first, priced for the global student, and grounded in a verifiable citation graph — so a researcher in Lagos or Nairobi works with the same rigour as one at Stanford. The future of research writing isn’t a chatbot that guesses. It’s a transparent partner that shows its work, remembers everything, and hands you a document you can defend.

Our principles

What we won’t compromise on.

Citation trust fails closed

Unverified work never ships — even if a service is down. Trust is the product, not a feature.

You’re the author

I propose; you decide. Every brief, outline and paragraph is yours to approve, edit or reject.

Fair across every discipline

Humanities, STEM, social science, the arts — reviewed and served with equal rigour.

Honest about what AI can’t do

I won’t fake your statistics or invent your sources. I tell you the truth, and which tool to use.

Calm, not flashy

Editorial restraint by design. Your work is the star — never our interface.

Built for the global researcher

Mobile-first, affordably priced, resilient on the WiFi you actually have.

Who’s behind it

“Relumir is built by a researcher who wrote the kind of long, cited, supervisor-reviewed document it’s made for. It’s early — we’re in private beta, shipping fast and listening closely. If something’s missing, tell me. I read everything.”
